for people to see her core.

while leaving her lay
rotting in her fetters.
Left in her beauty
untouchable and raw
appearing to be snooty
but only see what she saw.

he is deemed unworthy

Yet another comes
trying for her hand
her heartstrings thrum
but he's told to stand
Her sentry won't let them pass
he tells her they're not the one
he says they're beneath her class

This tower is getting lonely
